The University of Latvia consistently retains the position of the national, leading, and most influential higher education institution in Latvia. In terms of the total number of students, the University of Latvia is also the largest university in the country. It is the largest comprehensive university in Latvia with a prominent standing both in the development of the entire education system and in the overall growth of the country’s economy. The Faculty of Business, management, and economics is the largest faculty of the University of Latvia; we offer studies and scientific research in the field of economics, management, and public administration, which correspond to the contemporary needs of Latvia, the EU, and other countries. Currently, the faculty offers 4 programs taught completely in English to applicants from all over the world. The University of Latvia is a member of several international projects, networks, and programs which offers to student’s different kind of mobility types, study mobility, traineeship mobility research mobility, etc. This gives an amazing possibility to our students to gain international study/work experience during studies. The Faculty of Business, management, and economics offer several Ph.D. programs in English.
